Babel Bible reinterprets different Bible episodes. This series of large prints framed as altarpieces diverts the narrative archetypes specific to models of representation in Italian and Flemish painting.
The character’s mise en scène, the stage design, the details and others elements characterizing the style of predellas and altarpiece establish a correspondence with the role and influence of media on the individual.
Parallel narratives are expanding, illusions in illusions, through the presence and actions of the characters that film the scene.
